To meet the new legal requirements for voucher management in the new Bookkeeping Act, we recommend that operating companies use Kontolink.
Kontolink is a digital tool that automatically transfers your receipts and bank transactions, eliminating manual handling and avoiding errors.
How does Kontolink work?
Kontolink integrates directly with your accounting software and online banking, regardless of which bank you use. The system creates a real-time overview of all your entries and makes it easier to keep track of documentation.
The program has a smart email feature that automatically handles attachments from your inbox:
- All attachments from the email are automatically transferred to Kontolink
- Both PDF and HTML attachments are supported
- Only invoices are transferred - not private emails

The price is 100 DKK per month for purchases via Accountview per linked bank account. We recommend combining everything in one bank account to make the integration work most efficiently.
