At Accountview, we want to make it easy to become self-employed. By combining your start-up with Accountview and Lunar, you get a start-up package with the most important things you need to get your business off to a good start.

The CVR creation is done at The Ramp and is included through Lunar’s agreement. This means that you do not pay for the actual setup when you become a customer of both Accountview and Lunar and follow the process through our package.

Normally, it can cost up to 2,000 DKK to get help setting up a CVR number if you use a professional service to handle the registration.

Please note that there is still a statutory fee to the Danish Business Authority of DKK 670, which is paid in connection with the creation.

This offer is for you if you are starting a new business in Denmark. This applies both if you want to set up a sole proprietorship or if you want to establish a private limited company.

To use the starter package, you need to become a customer of both Accountview and Lunar.

You start by filling out the form on the page. You’ll then be redirected to The Ramp, where you fill in the necessary information to create your CVR number.

When your CVR number is ready, you will be notified via SMS and email. You then apply for a Lunar Business account via the link in the SMS or email.

CVR creation at The Ramp typically takes about a week, depending on your business type. Once your CVR number is active, you can apply for a Lunar Business account via the link you receive. Here you can generally expect about a week for processing and setup.

You will be notified via SMS and email when your CVR number is ready, and again when your business account is ready.

Yes, you can set up both an ApS and an A/S through the offer. Approval of the capital is done as part of the incorporation process, and we help you with what is needed to get it done correctly.

Yes. This is a requirement from the Danish Business Authority for official registration.

No, a business account can generally only be created when it can be linked to a CVR number. Therefore, you start with the CVR creation and apply for the business account afterwards.
